Drawings
These are drawings of nudes and portraits, put on paper fast, to keep them transparent and direct. Click on this category to have a look at the different character studies.
Paintings
My oil paintings, mainly cityscapes and industrial landscapes.
Linocuts
Linocuts naturally result in graphics prints with rather sharp corners, comparable to the way I draw. I print the lino in multiple colors, usually with the "reductive print method", where each time a part is carved away from the same linoleum sheet before the next impression for a new color is made.
Watercolors
Nothing is more inspiring than making water-colors on a bright sunny day in Greece or Italy. These paintings also need to be first time right.
3d modeling
Beyond nude and portraits on paper I created some figures in clay or wax. If in modeled in wax, the figure can subsequently be casted in bronze.
